About UGC NET December 2026
UGC NET decides eligibility for Assistant Professor posts, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and PhD admission in Indian universities. It has two papers: a common Paper 1 on teaching and research aptitude, and a subject-specific Paper 2.
